Office 365 migration tool

Hi, I'm looking into a solution to migrate to Office 365 from on premise Exchange 2013. I have around 100 mailboxes on 4 databases for a total of around 1Tb(hope to get it trimmed before migration). Should I just buy a tool like Skykick in order to eliminate errors or it is not worth it for this scenario.
