So I haven't been into phpmyadmin in many years on my server and the db is starting to act up.  Problem is, I can't remember what the web address is for phpmyadmin.

Any idea where I can start?

It depends on how it was set up.  Frequently it is just the domain plus phpmyadmin like .  Is this your own server or commercial web hosting?  What OS?

It's a dedicated server through a commercial web host.

About 5 minutes ago I just got in.  Turns out it was a capital letter problem:

Yeah, URLs are not case sensitive to the left of the first slash, and are case-sensitive to the right of the first slash.  Except not all of them.  Total design screw-up from day one of the interwebs!
