Problem installing Symantec Endpoint 12.1.4 onto Windows 10?

Hi, I have recently upgraded a PC to Windows 10 and cannot run SEP 12.1.4.

When I attempt to run it, I get the message Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot run on this version of Windows.

Anyone know of any Symantec patches?

Thanks,

Bill

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is not a patchable problem, per se. You need to have an active service agreement with Symantec. The version of SEP that is compatible with Windows 10 is SEP 12.1.6 MP1.

Hope that helps.
