Allow usr to browse for an Excel .xlsm file and then once selected import the data into a table

I have a form that I want the user to be able to browse to an Excel .xlsm file via a command button, have the selected file display in a textbox and the have a 2nd command button that will import the Excel file data into a table.

How do I do this?
