CSS/JS Transition Delay on mouse out

Hello,

On this page ( http://tinyurl.com/ok9pyw2 ) the header nav has a dropdown, is there a way to make it so it says open for a second on mouseout IF another one of the nav links is not hovered.. or just show the new one over the old one?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

To change the transition delay on mouse out for the "About" menu follow the below instructions.

In the HTML file (Oliver Smith Jeweler.html) change line 100
jQuery(".about-menu").fadeOut(200);

Open in new window

to
jQuery(".about-menu").fadeOut(1000);

Open in new window

Do the same for the respective lines for the other menu items.

Thanks

I edited your suggestion to use .delay

        jQuery(".jwellery-header").delay(1500).fadeOut(40);
