"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello Joe,

Check the following given things:

1.) SMTP settings and layer authentication over it.
2.) Open Outlook in safe mode and disable third party plug-ins, if they are causing any bug.
3.) Delete SRS file and restart Microsoft Outlook.
4.) Re-create Outlook profile to kill-off profile corruption.
5.) Run scanpst.exe and dig out where the structure of PST file had been damaged.

Thanks & Regards
