Internet Explorer 11 issue belongs to windows group policy account permission

Dear Everyone,

In my office, we use the domain controller server which is windows server 2008.
We defined the group policy in this server and controll for our client computers.
Last week, I upgrated Internet Explorer 11 on client computer by using admin account.
When I login using normal user client account, it cannot browse xdw file (docuwork).
If I log in with admin account, I can open this file.
But when I use normal user account, it just show docuwork viewer only and does not open xdw file.
Please find the attached error image.
I would very much appreciate if you may suggest for how to fix it.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Best Regards,

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
