Help with WIndows 8 BSOD

We have a Windows 8 machine that intermittently shows a BSOD and reboots(sometimes only once a week) - cannot reproduce crash and it is completely random

I have attached the last 2 memory dumps and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.  I have updated Video card drives, checked RAM with memtest for 24 hours with no errors

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Both BSODs are caused by nvlddmkm.sys and a DPC Watchdog Violation. The current nVidia drivers are known to cause a lot of issues including freezing machines or causing BSODs. The last stable release is said to be 350.12, I'm using something much older (332.21) on W10 now without issues.

In the end it was faulty RAM.  RAM pass multiple memtest x86 passes without issue but after replacing video card drivers and video card problem continued.   After replacing RAM BSOD issues stopped
