For all aliases to main URL in WordPress

My client has several aliases for their WordPress website. The main site is shalvatchayim.org, but they also own shalvatchayim.com. All the aliases open the correct website, but the URL displayed is the alias URL.

I would like the main URL (shalvatchayim.org) to be displayed. THis might mean redirecting to the main URL.

How can I force this using WordPress?

Thank you.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The proper way to do this is to set up 301 redirects. 301 redirect tells Apache that this URL needs to be permanently redirected to that URL. Redirect actually forces it to happen in the browser, so the URL that you want displayed will display at the top. Generally doing this is a Apache function, but it can also be accomplished in several WordPress plug-ins. I have given you a link here we should do the trick for you

the HOW TO page didn't help. I ended up doing the redirects directly from the control panel.

Thank you.
