Boostrap: How do I have a tall column on left and two short columns stacked on right?

Customer wants a tall column on left and two short columns stacked on right. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to make that happen. This is on lg and md size, of course they would stack on sm and xs. Like this, attached.
column layout
I tried:
<div class="row">
                    <div class="col-md-4" style="height:100%;width:50%; background-color:red;">tall column</div>
                    <div class="col-md-4" style="height:50%; width:25%;%;background-color:blue;">med column</div>
                        <div class="col-md-4" style="height:50%;width:25%; background-color:green;">med column</div></div>

But it doesn't work: http://clinica-americas.com/contact-test.php  What do I need to do to accomplish this seemingly simple look? Thanks.

This code will provide the layout you want. However you did not specify how you want the right hand column to behave with respect to height. Will both cells be the same height the sum of which is the left hand height - or does height of cells on right not matter?
<div class="row">
    <div class="col-lg-6 col-md-6">Left side bar</div>
    <div class="col-lg-6 col-md-6">
      <div class="row">
        <div class="col-lg-12 col-md-12"> top right content</div>
        <div class="col-lg-12 col-md-12"> bottom left content</div>
      </div>
     </div>
  </div>

I am not sure until I place the content. I believe that they will both be the same height. Thanks very much, I'll try this later today!
