Outlook signature auto create using VB

I would like to create a simple email signature using VB. Can somebody please point me in the correct direction.

The idea is we have multiple email address in our company and its a pain asking all the employees to update their signatures making them the same font / style etc.

Signature to be
(First Name) (Last Name) Calibri size 12 red
(Text) Calibri size 11 italics black

I would like a dialogue box to enter first name, last name.
