I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Not sure whether it is because of the Office AC or other cold thing, but my nose started again getting blocked. I nevertheless do continue to take the medication.

When I feel extremely unconfortable (like complete blockade of nose, sneezing ..aso) I do take the medication (5 pills every 2 hours around the clock) as per your advice, including the allopathy liquid drop medicine to have quicker relief.

Excellent reply ... Thanks you.
I small clarification ....why you have used  word-"nevertheless" ?

"I nevertheless do continue to take the medication."

I understand that you do not want to "blame" the medication to be the wrong one, as the issue continues. hence, by saying "nevertheless" you show that you have confidence in the medication to be the right one, just want to know what else could be the issue.

I would give it a 4 (though I am not native english speaker, btw)
lot's of words are correct, just also lot's of grammar and style errors that make the rating "low".

I am not exactly sure what the last line of your message is intending to convey.  Is the "R.No" the Rx, or prescription, number or a patient reference number of some sort?  Is this supposed to be part of an email subject line?
