I am not exactly sure what the last line of your message is intending to convey. Is the "R.No" the Rx, or prescription, number or a patient reference number of some sort? Is this supposed to be part of an email subject line?

I small clarification ....why you have used word-"nevertheless" ?
"I nevertheless do continue to take the medication."
