Outlook Address book wont download due to some type of Bits issue - help!

Outlook 2010 in cache mode, Exchange 2010, Windows 7 Pro

 My client machine does not download the address book.  When I look at my bits jobs in powershell, I see the following (screenshot).
 I have already cleared them out once today and I already have this list back, and my global address book does not come down- the task just hangs in Outlook.  

 How can I get this working?

Please change Outlook mode to Online rather than cache mode and then check. Also check if OAB is able to sync with HUB servers.
