Office 365 - Multiple Tenants Synchronise AD

We have a domain that has many tenants in separate OUs and want to achieve a syncronisation up to Office 365 without having to have separate instances of DirSync or AADirSync. Is there a solution to this so that OUs can be filtered and synchronised to separate Office 365 companies?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Nope. OUs were never meant for multi-tenancy, so your current problem is an extension of that design decision. None of th AD sync tools have supported that kind of topology.

How about multiple domains in a forest? Would that require separate sync servers per tenant?

Agree With Cliff. You need to have completely different domains for this to work. OU's will not work.
