How to refresh a web page every minute without pressing "REFRESH"

I'd like to have my browser refresh the screen every minute rather than my having to press F5 or clicking "Refresh".
How can I do this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are a few sites that do this.

http://www.refreshthis.com/

http://www.pagereboot.com/

And here are some addons for Chrome and Firefox

Opera has it build in natively

And finally here is an add-on for IE
