view how css-styles/classes actually look

i have few css links that i can use in my website
for e.g. in my html page, i have to use one of these css
http://js.arcgis.com/3.14/esri/css/esri.css
http://js.arcgis.com/3.14/dijit/themes/claro/claro.css

Those styles belong to buttons, divs, drop-downs etc...

How can I view those CSS, like how would a particular class in that css would actually look like....
Is there any application/website that help us view how would class in that css would look if its used

There are a few ways you can go about trying to visualize the CSS properties.

1. Use Dreamweaver or other web editor to open the CSS file. Once loaded you can use the program to look at each class and properties the CSS file defines. See attached image.

2. Or you can use an online CSS editor like : http://www.cssportal.com/online-css-editor/
to copy and paste your CSS into and see what shows up.

Based on my own experience trying to reverse-engineer CSS and HTML code, your best bet is to use something like Dreamweaver or other HTML Coding application.
