"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Two ways to do this..

1. Column-B using a formula approach..Check row-->5

2. Column-C Using a userdefined formula for it..enclosed is the same for your reference..

Function combine(rng As Range)

    Dim cell As Range
    Dim str As String

    For Each cell In rng
        If cell.Value <> "" Then
            If str = "" Then
                str = cell.Value
                str = cell.Value & " ; " & str
            End If
        End If

    Next cell
    combine = str
End Function
