User Account Keeps locking out

i always check the origin of the lock out and track in event viewer > Security but this time i don't see a Workstation or Caller, i need help finding what keeps locking this user.

If you are not seeing all of the events make sure that the policy is actually logging the appropriate changes.

it is login i see others with the right details but this user for some reason returns blank information
