Remove the "Get Windows 10" app or update to Win 10

I reserved my Windows 10 copy on 1 laptop. After the big day came, I have been struggling with the update and I'm tired now. I just want to remove the Get Window 10 app from my laptop to move ahead and continue with my Win 7.
The problems is that Windows Update begin to download Windows 10 every day. I have cancelled the download several times but the Get Win 10 app continues to remind me to update.
My laptop simply wont update: I've run the process several times and received all kind of error, applied the "Fix It" tool for each one of them but a new Error appears on the next install. So I am tired.
Errores like C190011F, 80070011, C0000005...
I also tried the Wind 10 creator and downloaded the app, changed language to avoid the "Something happened" thing and when it seemed to be working with 10% of something... the Something happened appeared again.
I'm done. Please help to get this thing installed or to get rid of the annoying Get Win 10 app.

Remove KB3035583 using Windows Updates and restart.

This will prevent Windows 10 from installing.

BEFORE this. go to my article on upgrading older systems for tips

and go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 where you can download the Windows 10 ISO and install it. Try that.

Go to Windows Update and click "Installed Updates" (at the bottom left). Search for KB3035583. When you click it, the "Uninstall" button appears. Click it to uninstall. Restart. It should be gone. If it comes back, or if you just want to be sure it's gone, go to the registry and delete the GWX folder. It is located here...
