I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I learned back in 2007 through a book, but I'm not familiar with the current books.  Since SSIS has a steep learning curve it was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat.

I took the two-day Pragmatic Works SSIS Workshop and highly recommend it.   These guys travel around the country putting on workshops in SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.  They also have free training where a lot of it is SSIS.   The owners also have published SSIS books, although I have not had a chance to review them.

There are a lot of videos on YouTube, but I've noticed in most of them the audio and the English speaking skills of the presenter are not good.

Good luck.

p.s If you have four grand and a couple of days to burn there is also PASS Summit 2015 out in Seattle, where they have 200+ SQL Server classes, and there are bound to be a decent selection of SSIS classes.

that's why I come and ask and that link is very read world practical ?

Vikas Garg,
