Microsoft Office Access - Why is it cheaper to buy Access 2013 + Office H+B 2013 togehter than Office Prof 2013 ?

Office 2013 H+B and Office Access 2013 ....

Why is that cheaper via MS registered/approved reseller contacts I have?
100 Euro cheaper to be exact.

Thanks,

Don't need Publisher - Office Professional includes additional capabilities like MS Publisher.

Any reason not to install both of these if I don't need publisher but need access and word/excel ?

Access is:

Other product is Home and Business 2013

Also, you only need Access for developers.  If users only use databases built for them by others, they can use the Access runtime engine which is free.
