Can Exchange 2013 keep a copy of messages sent to mailboxes that are temporarily down?
Yesterday we had a user's mailbox go into quarantine and they couldn't receive email, some of which were important. Is that email found somewhere else on the server? If not, is there a way to do this for the future?

The mails will back up... Could you elaborate? When? Where to? How to find them? How to forward them to the user? How to check for their existence?
