Exchange Server 2008 R2


I have in our Outlook a few folder in Public folder and i want add more folder to it. How do I do that in Exchange which show in all user Outlook 2010 and 2013?

You need to create new public folders using the Public Folder Mangement Console. This is found in the Tools section in the EMC.

You can also use PFDAVAdmin if it is Exchange 2010 and under.

Use the TechNet for all of your steps using the Public Folder Mangement Console.
