Movinf offline Outlook implementation

Say, I am Outlook 2013 with an offline PST file. I wish to move the PST file as well as the Email settings - I have multiple mailbox configurations, to another workstation which is also running Outlook 2013. Kindly supply steps to move the Email accounts across. The PST file is a simple copy operation as far as I understand.
My Outlook implementation simply uses IMAP Email accounts. There is no exchange server involved. It is a stand-alone desktop implimentation

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Indeed, have the PST file ready at the new users location (copy is safer than moving).
Then export from the old user this reg key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles

If more profiles, export only the relevant one.

Import this *.reg file for the new user. Start Outlook, and it will ask for the location of the PST file (since it's a new user, and the location of the old PST file should NOT be accessible, unless you have a security leak, like using FAT32). Point to the new PST location (presumably somewhere as a folder in My Documents). Press OK. It will now check for email, and will prompt you for passwords (for every account). That's because there's no method to move the password too (unsafe!).
After inputting all the passwords and making sure the Remember password checkbox was used, you'll be set.
