I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Looks like ORACLE_HOME isn't set properly.

Do you have more than one Oracle product installed?  If so, make sure you are using the correct HOME programs.

Since you mentioned CMD prompt, I'm assuming Windows.  Can you restart the Service to get it running?

Yes, it's on Windows,  I do have more than one oracle product installed, how can I be sure that I'm using the correct home programs?

I already set the system enviroment variable

ORACLE_HOME=C:\app\Cris\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN

I already tried to restart my service but it doesn't work.

I get a message where it says that: "my OracleOraDb11g_home1TNSListener was started and stopped. Some services are automatically stopped when other programs or services are not going to use them"

In services, right click on the listener you want started and select properties.  Make sure the path to the executable is correct and matches the environment variable for ORACLE_HOME.

For grins, execute lsnrctl with qualified path:
cd C:\app\Cris\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\BIN
.\lsnrctl start
