Access Point recommendation that has built-in Guest Services

I'm looking for an access point for a fitness center that can handle about 100 concurrent connections, allows us to force the users to agree to a network usage policy, and isn't really expensive. I would love to go Aruba, but they run about $1,000 per access point. I found one a while ago that was about $300 - $400, but I don't recall what the company name is. Any suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You won't get any AP that will deal with 100 concurrent connections and provide a usable service for clients.  You should only connect approximately 30 clients (at the very most) to one AP.

There are plenty of vendors that will do what you want for under $1000 but you'd probably be better off looking at a small-business router that can do captive portal out of the box, or something that you can stick DD-WRT on.  That'd let you use any access point you want, expensive or not.
