"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You will need to optimized all your drivers with the latest version. Check the latest version from the link below

The post below is for a PE1950 but the missing driver should be the same. It's for Interl I/O.  Please search for the latest software driver from Intel or you can turn the feature off if you don't need.

"Intel® I/O Acceleration Technology (Intel® I/OAT)
It can be enabled/disabled in the system BIOS: Integrated Devices->I/OAT DMA Engine. It is disabled by default. It doesn't have any performance improvments and should be left disabled unless you have an Intel NIC installed that supports IOAT.
Here is the driver but it will only load if you have an Intel NIC installed:
Network: Intel PRO PCI-E Gigabit Family of Adapters (2007), Driver, Windows Server 2003, English, Multi System, v.9.5, A01"
