Exchange 2013 Create Room Mailbox

I have created a room mailbox for a conference room and set the following powershell......

Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity "Ramsey Conference Room" -AutomateProcessing AutoAccept -DeleteComments $true -AddOrganizerToSubject $true -AllowConflicts $false

When I go to book the room it allows me, but it shows "BUSY" in the Room Calendar.  When I double click on the meeting it says I do not have permission.

How can I get the room calendar to allow access to ALL users and Automatically accept all invites..... I would like to use powershell for this....

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
