Modify/copy a file remotely without admin rights

Hello,

Is there a utility that can enable a user to modify a file on the remote server without having admin rights?
The script can be configured but no user name /password displayed for the user to see

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

when you connect to a server or amy computer for that matter you are assigned an account and you follow the permissions of that account.  If  these permissions are not sufficient then you can runas another user if you know the uwrname ans password. The hard part is coding a script that doesn't show the username and password either in the script or to the user when it executes.

Do you have the username and password that you need to modify that file?

Yes, I have the user name and password that can be used. Of course, it has to be hidden from the end user.

you could use auto-it and make it an .exe

You can have the user logon as normal (assuming these are on the same network) and add a connection to the "server" using a share and setup that share for that user to make a change to files--user does not need admin rights for that.
