Office 365 user unable to receive emails from External Domains
Hi we have some users using one of our Office 365 domains (company@domain.com) email addresses which is only receiving emails from Office 365 email users and not from any outside mail id’s (external domains - yahoo/gmail/hotmail.....)
The domain has been setup in O365 as an accepted domain, and MX records are pointed to Office 365.
Any idea where to look for the issue?

I just checked and I am able to send out from the O365 domain to external email addresses. Just not receiving.
