Report formatting???

I have a report (cert) in microsoft access and I use labels to write up what i need the cert to say such as:

This is to certify that the   QTYFIELD  pieces of  CUSTOMERFIELD, PARTNOFIELD, is furnished under purchase order No. PURCHASEORDERFIELD is treated and processed in accordance with specification SPECIFICATIONFIELD, Rev. REVFIELD

this is somewhat what it looks like the fields are in caps while the rest is just labels because that doesnt change.  Now my problem is the fields vary in length depending on the record (ex. customer could be arco or chevron or british petroleum).  If there long i can deal with it by making larger but when their short like Arco it leaves a lot of space between and doesnt look good.  Is there a solution to this?

thanks

Yes,

Create a query that has a computed field:

LabelText: "This is to certify that the " & [QTYFIELD] & " pieces of " & [CUSTOMERFIELD] & ", " & [PARTNOFIELD] & ", is furnished under purchase order No. " & [PURCHASEORDERFIELD] & " is treated and processed in accordance with specification " & [SPECIFICATIONFIELD] & ", Rev. " & [REVFIELD]

Then use this computed field as the source of your label text.
