Filemaker webdirect on Android - Taking pictures

Hi there,

Is it possible to make a java script (or any other language) in a Filemaker Webdirect application so I can take a picture and put it in a container field?

If yes, can you please provide me a resource link?

Thanks,
Rene

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Well, just to confirm what you already know, it's not possible using WebDirect directly at this time (http://www.filemaker.com/help/13/fmp/en/html/scripts_ref1.36.47.html ). I've done some searches and asked around but I've not yet found a solution....

Thanks Will,

I feel that there is a possibility that by incorporating javascript to a solution could enable the capture of picture with webdirect on Android.

I might be wrong but lets where that rabbit could go :)

Thanks for all your help!!

Cheers,
