I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can automate it using following ways:
In localhost:
if test ! -d ~/.ssh
then
        /bin/mkdir ~/.ssh
        /bin/chmod 700 ~/.ssh
fi
/usr/bin/ssh-keygen -N "" -f ~/.ssh/id_rsa

# Use related full path of ssh-keygen
Do the following in RemoteHost
if test ! -d ~/.ssh
then
        /bin/mkdir ~/.ssh
        /bin/chmod 700 ~/.ssh
fi

Do the following in localhost only one time:
/usr/bin/scp ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub remoteUser@RemoteHost:~/.ssh/authorized_keys
/usr/bin/scp ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub remoteUser@RemoteHost:~/.ssh/authorized_keys2

Do the following in remote host only one time:
/bin/chmod 600 ~/.ssh/authorized_keys*

Here after you can write other script which can be added to crontab to run at required time/date.. sequentially.
That will transfer files without asking password from localhost to remote host.
>> Since we have used 2 double quotes mentioning no password -N "" using ssh-keygen command
