Office 365 Delete Mailbox

I am currently migrating from a Communigate (IMAP) server to Exchange online.  I am using a third party tool to migrate the email data and that works fine.  However I have done some testing with the migration in order to get a better time estimate for the overall migration.  What i am trying to do now is clear the mailboxes for the users i tested without deleting the actual Office 365 users.  I have used the Search-Mailbox -deletecontent to clear all the data for a specific user but it leaves the folder structure in place.  I want to basically reset the mailbox to a clean slate.  If i remove the license and then reapply it just brings the mailbox back in as it was.  I dont want to wait the 30 days for the mailbox to delete permanently.  However I dont want to delete the Office 365 user as alot of time was spent setting up the users and they are using other aspects of Office 365 currently just not exchange yet.  Any assistance is appreciated

Thanks.  I have decided for my workaround just to create identical 'test' users for migration testing.  this way i can test the email migrations and remove the users at will without affecting production.  this works in my case because i have all the production users created, set up in groups and using the downloadable Office install; all of which I dont want to have to redo.  I can just license the test users for exchange online and move those licenses later.
