you may try to register the macromaker.exe.
open a command window by ctrl+r and input 'cmd'.
type (with quotes)
"c:\program files (x86)\ARM Software\MacroMaker\MacroM
if that failed (for example with error 126 dll not loaded) you may look into directory MacroMaker whether it contains .dll files (or.ocx). if so, you could try to register each of those files by
regsvr32 "c:\program files (x86)\ARM Software\MacroMaker\xxxxx.
if all failed you may follow the advise David has given. uninstall the MoveMaker before reinstalling it. and start the setup 'as an administrator' if you were not asked by windows.
