Emails disappear from Outbox

Hi everyone,

I have some users whose mailbox was getting full. When it reached a point where sending was prohibited. All emails were stuck in Outbox. Due to some reason, their Outlook crashed and after that, all emails disappeared from Outlook. Any ideas anyone ? I have checked everywhere and they are definitely nowhere on the server.

If you take Outlook off the cached mode, do you still see the email?  The email should still be in Exchange.  Check OWA, it should be there.

Its not on OWA, it is not in the offline mode.

Can you run the ESEutil & ISinteg against your EDB to check it's health?

Check Rules. Perhaps make a record, then Delete all Rules, then close Outlook, restart and check . Once restarted check all folders for the emails.  They may be gone if the user's mailbox filled right up.

Is it possible to recreate Outlook profile at client end? If yes, recreate Outlook profile and connect with Exchange to check again.
