Email Address Policy Exchange 2010 syntax

I need to change the email address policy on an exchange 2010 server.  I am hoping someone could tell me what the syntax is for <firstname>.<lastname>@domain.com?  I can't seem to find this anywhere?

Hi, thanks for the doc.  but I don't see anything about the syntax for the default email address for the email address template.  Any ideas?
