I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you can try import it as a text file

Text Import Wizard

or do you know what's the content of the .db file? if it's a valid database file, then you may try to connect it via the appropriate ODBC connection instead.

Do you know what kind of database it is?
If an older version of Paradox, you might be in luck, since there were/are ODBC drivers for those.  Microsoft stopped distributing drivers for newer versions of Paradox.
