Are you using Global Option sets? With global option sets, you can add multiple option set fields to entities that use the same set of values as a global option set. If you need to add a new value, then you just update the global option set.<br />

Or are you looking to make a copy of a local option set and then customize the new one? I'm not aware of any tools that do this. You could (though I have not tried), add the entity with the fields to a solution, export the solution and then &quot;hack&quot; the customizations.xml to duplicate the fields and then import back the solution. I suggest you try this in a test system first.
