2 ISPs for one mail server - Reverse DNS

We have a mail server that is currently working through one ISP, its internal IP is mangled to route through it & NAT is configured to go out & come back in though that ISP.

We sometimes have issues with that ISP & would have liked to be able to move to another ISP on the fly & go back to the first one later.

Is it possible to configure DNS & reverse DNS for\through the new ISP so that the our mail server (mail.something.com) will work through both?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

best course of action would be to create a second MX record that reflects the other ISP IP address and create rDNS for that

meirgil: write back and let me know what you did to get it working. I have this project coming up and was just doing research to see how to accomplish this task myself.

Thanks in advanced!
