If you are using Windows 7 or earlier, uninstall Flash, restart, go to the Adobe Web site and install Flash again.

It could be the site you are using.

Thanks, I'll try that!

I'm curious, though ... why Windows 7 and earlier?  I'm actually using Windows 8.1, but I figured it's worth a shot anyway.  Unless there's something different there?
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
For Windows 8.1, Flash is built into Windows 8.1 and not separately managed, uninstalled, or installed.

Run Windows Update and see if a Flash Update is available. There was one for Windows 10, so likely also Windows 8.1.

Check the site on another computer because it could be a web site problem.
