HELP! Is there a Wordpress extension for online Time Cards?

99% of our employees work out of the office, and with no computer access and no smartphones.
They fill out paper Time Cards every 2 weeks. (However, most should have computer access at home).

Is there a Wordpress extension for doing Time Cards online?

I guess an online form could be made online, but I want the data to be easier for our Payroll person to view
and manage.

We really need help on this issue! The local post office is getting more and more unreliable and we already been forced
to implement direct deposit. However, we still have to mail time cards (which are arriving too late, or sometimes not at all).

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Not much is out there.  I was able to find this one:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-timesheets/

However, you may have better luck using a form plugin like Gravity Forms combined with a service like Zapier or IFTTT to create a form that can write time data to another SaaS. How do you do payroll currently?

We have all employee's work schedules inputed into our database D3/Pick (yes it's very old, Rocket Software is the current owner). We are open to explore using a newer database system because our in house programmer is retiring soon, but that question is for another day.

Once time cards are turned into the main office, they are compared to the schedule we have in the database and either approved or discrepancies fixed. Its a very old way of doing things.

Any advice?

It is, and because it's so old it's going to be hard to find a way to easily connect to it.  You would be better off researching software as a service (SaaS) payroll platforms that can accept data in a variety of ways.

Then try the plugin named above or build something with Gravity Forms or Formidable.

Since we are getting a new webpage, I gave that link to the plugin to our designer.
