Does iphone sync with icloud delete the files too? <br />

For e.g if i have myimg1.png on my iphone on 08/10/2015 and I sync my iphone on 08/11/2015. so that myimg1.png gets copied to icloud.... &nbsp;<br />
Then if I delete myimg1.png from my iphone on 08/12/2015, then if I sync my iphone to icloud on 08/13/2015 will myimg1.png be deleted from icloud ? &nbsp;<br />
