Active Directory Rights Management Services - Decommission

We have the Active Directory Rights management Server installed on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard server.  The Role was set up on the server and a few test templates were set up, but nothing else was further done with this server.  Company isn't purchasing the additional CALs for this service and I would like to decommission the server.
What steps are required to appropriately remove/decommission this server?
Is just a matter of going into AD Rights Management>Security Policies>Enable Decommissioning and then remove the role from the server?
