Couldn't connect Outlook to Gmail on one PC, so tried another - worked 1st time. &nbsp;Still can't connect on the first PC...? &nbsp;It's a current PC, with several working connections, including Office 365, Windows 8. &nbsp;It's in a home/office, simple firewall, basic antivirus... it would seem to be local to that one PC, though... Outlook just doesn't pass the Connection test after entering in settings and credentials... <br />

Ran out of time before had a chance to try different ports, fail, restart Outlook, test, fail, etc... &nbsp;just accepted the suggestions I saw on the web, and they all pretty much suggested the same configuration... <br />
