Good Morning Everyone,<br />

does anyone have a basic questions that I should ask when I meet with a new business for the first time? They are running Windows Server 2003 and they want a quote for a new server, installed, they have 5 users. Does anyone have a guidelines with questions that I can use to discover their environment, what application they are running, so that after one session I can have a better understanding of what needs to be done, and all the component of their network ?<br />

then I can certainly add or remove questions but at least I have a starting point.<br />
