GPO to set default browser

Can someone tell me the setting in GPO to set the default browser on Win 7 machines with 2008 servers?

The GPO location for this setting is at the following location...
 User Configuration -> Policies -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer

Disable changing home page setting (Enabled)
Provide a URL for the homepage you want to use

Sorry for the confusion. I meant the GPO so that when a user clicks a link it automatically opens up IE. Right now its set to open up Chrome.
