Coldfusion HTTPS

For a client using Coldfusion as application server, I need to enable https.

Currently all programs are evoked using http://www.domain/path1/coldFusionProgram.cfm

The client has a requirement now from the supervising entity that programs must be called using https://www.domain/path1/coldFusionProgram.cfm.

I have never worked with https before and frankly do not even now where to start.

As time is of essence, I would appreciate any suggestion you may have.

When using https instead of http you may notice that you do not have a lock appearing, that means you have to make sure that all your images are all relatively referenced   <img src="/images/xx.gif">   If you used scr="http://mysite.com/images/xx.gif"> then you have to change them because they are not being delivered through the secure website.
