HP Thin Client T5135 factory reset

Thin client has somehow been set to only login to restrictive profile as non of the choices in the settings are at the administrative level.

Does anyone know that fastest way to do a factory reset on one of these or maybe where to download the image from HP.  From a cursory look for the image on HP's sites it is not coming up as an option that I can find.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Power off the unit > Insert thumb drive > power on the unit and it should run automatically
