IE 11 prompting to save or run aspx file

I have a client that when using IE to go to https://ccs.coair.com, she is prompted by IE whether to save or run default.aspx. I have rest file associations, cleared temp files no luck. I did notice that in the control panel for setting file associations, there is an entry for asp but none for aspx. I figure I could add it, but not sure how to. For asp it says unknown application for the default. When accessed from other chrome, it opens fine.

I get the same error in IE11 but it works fine in IE8, IE9 and Firefox.  And when I download it in IE11, I get the same source code that I see in Firefox.

I ran CCleaner and it works in all browsers now, including IE11.
